How does the booking process work?
Online bookings are accepted for individuals, families or small groups of up to nine people, for a maximum stay of seven nights. Guests wishing to stay longer can extend their stay on site. The number of nights per year in Luxembourg youth hostels cannot exceed 30.
Each booking is confirmed by the youth hostel. Only the booking reference number assigned to the guest at the time of booking guarantees a place on arrival.
We invite guests to check the opening hours of the youth hostel in question before making their booking. If guests arrive outside of opening hours on the day of arrival, they will not be able to check in. Late arrival is considered a no-show without cancellation. The booking guarantee is then cancelled, and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.
The booking confirmation specifies the period during which the customer may modify or cancel their booking. After this period, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the booking, even partially. Any modification or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the manager of the youth hostel concerned.
Payment method
For online bookings, payment is made via the secure payment system of Les Auberges de Jeunesse Luxembourgeoises (asbl). The Visa or MasterCard credit card used must be in the guest’s name.
Data protection
Les Auberges de Jeunesse Luxembourgeoises asbl undertakes to respect the confidentiality of its guests’ personal data and to use this data only for the purposes of processing payments.

To organise public conferences or fee-paying events, prior authorisation from the youth hostel is required.
